Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped in most cases within 1 BUSINESS DAY of receipt of order if paid for by CREDIT CARD or 10 BUSINESS DAYS if paid by Personal Check (check has to be submitted for clearing).
 
Your order is securely packaged and leaves our facility in excellent condition. We therefore can not be held responsible for damages or delays that at times do occur during the delivery process.
 
STANDARD SHIPPING:
International Orders are sent via AIR PARCEL POST to all destinations through The Cayman Islands Postal Service.
 
OPTIONAL SHIPPING:
EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (EMS) - EMS service is available through The Cayman Islands Postal Service at an additional cost of US$15.00 and speeds delivery time considerably.
